I had to do a double take when I read the most recent email from American Gra-Frutti. They are launching their brand new biscuit at the Lenox Williams-Sonoma during their 1-3pm cooking demonstration tomorrow.
I don’t have a lot of details on the product yet, but it sounds like it is sold formed and par baked. The idea is you take it home and store it in the freezer until you are ready to make the biscuit. Then you can take the biscuit from freezer to oven to your belly in minutes.
Marilyn will be on hand tomorrow demoing and selling their line of freshly baked: breads, crackers, muffins, snack mixes, spreads, sweets and more. All of their products are made in a dedicated facility that is certified gluten free by GFCO. There are NO trans fats, preservatives, artificial flavors or artificial colors in anything that they make.
They are passionate about their products and they are devoted to making baked goods and sweets that can be enjoyed by those with gluten and dairy intolerances, as well as those without. Speaking from personal experience, their products are made to please any palate and they are indistinguishable from their wheat-based counterparts.
American Gra-Frutti sells and ships an extensive line of gluten-free bread and baked goods via their website, so check it out to see all they have to offer.
