Lahaina Prime Rib & Fish Company Offers Lahaina’s Best Prime Rib!
Originally called Lahaina Fish Company until late 2011, Lahaina Prime Rib & Fish Company http://www.lahainaprimeribandfishco.com has added to their menu an award-winning, slow roasted Prime Rib to its usual fresh fish and steak offerings. It’s a Hawaiian sea salt-crusted, aged Angus Prime Rib, served with fries or carmelized Maui onion mashed potatoes, creamed horseradish, and traditional English peas.
Lahaina Prime Rib & Fish Company offers six versions of Prime Rib, with “The Country Cut” being the smaller cut for lighter appetites. I like the “House Cut”, but it’s a pound and a half of juicy tender beef that is fit for a Hawaiian king. Prices are between $30 and $45 depending on the size of the Prime Rib.
They also serve a large selection of locally-caught fish, with Opah, Monchong, Ono, Ahi, and Mahi Mahi offered almost every day, depending on the morning’s catch by local fishermen. In addition, their chefs are known for outstanding steaks and several seafood items like sauteed sea scallops. There’s something for everyone along with an incredible ocean view setting.
It’s a few doors down from Kimo’s http://www.kimosmaui.com and just a half block from Cheeseburger In Paradise http://www.cheeseburgerinparadise.com. It’s easy to find!
