Beyonce has lost all the baby weight – 50 pounds! – since giving birth to Blue Ivy Carter on January 7th.
The new mom revealed to People magazine that her body is bouncing back, adding her “waist came back too fast.”

“But I feel my body bouncing back. Whatever was tight and muscular, like my legs, I’m seeing it come back. You just have to work at it.”
If you are looking to mimic Beyonce’s workout regimen in order to get in shape for the summer. The “Love on Top” singer admits to not having a live in trainer, but insists she has a 90 minute workout sessions three times a week.
Hollywood Life reports her diet as:
Breakfast – egg whites
Lunch – protein shake or fresh sliced turkey with capers
Snack – edamame or cucumbers with vinegar, cayenne pepper and lemon, berries or a green apple
Dinner – yellowtail sashimi with jalapenos and wasabi
I’m sure this diet will not work for most women, but, it works great for Beyoncé. As always, whatever diet works for Beyoncé may not be practical for everyone else.
