Dr. Oz: 5 meals and supplements for 5 body types to burn fat faster in 5 days

But did you know that 5 different body types exist – and that determining your body type can help you lose weight faster in just 5 days? Get the skinny here on analyzing your body type, with tips on the ideal meal and supplement to burn fat fast.

  • Do you have a large derriere? If you feel self-conscious about your big bottom, red clover tea is your beverage to love, according to Dr. Oz. What to enjoy: 2 cups of red clover tea with pasta primavera, consisting of 1 cup whole wheat pasta, 2/3 cup of cooked chicken strips, 2 cups of veggies, 1 can of tomatoes, and 1/2 cup of edamame.
  • Beware a big belly. If that’s your body type, you’re at higher risk for heart disease, says Dr. Oz. Slim down that waistline with CLA (Conjugated Lineolic Acid). Your tasty breakfast “prescription: 1,000 CLA and a whole wheat english muffin, olive oil, avocado, poached egg, Swiss cheese and tomato. Yum!
  • Do you have a larger top than bottom? If your arms and chest are large, go for L-carnitine combined with vitamin C, advises Dr. Oz. Your meal: a tasty salad made with baby spinach, corn, black beans, red onions, avocado, salsa and low-fat sour cream.
  • Big thighs got you down? Make protein drink for lunch with water, ice cubes, whey protein, banana, frozen blueberries, milled flaxseed, unsweetened cocoa and white kidney bean extract.
  • Big all over? Dr. Oz recommends raspberry ketones (click here to learn more!), and a healthy diet.
