Here’s Sara’s advice on how celebrities get fit – and how you can determine the best workouts and gym classes for getting into the best shape of your life (just in time for beach season!): “Celebrities do what so many of us do – run, cardio dance, elliptical, interval train, hike, etc. In my experience and opinion, the biggest difference I’ve seen in working with celebrities is their work ethic,” says Sara.
“They don’t overtrain and they eat right. For some, yoga and dance-inspired toning is their choice and for others it’s strength training. They keep up with their cardio to burn the fat away and they strength train to create muscle. The more muscle you have on
your body, the more calories you will burn,” adds this celebrity fitness professional.
As for diet, Sara advises keeping it simple. “Eat smaller meals throughout the day – lots of fruit and veggies. Drink lots of water. Do everything in moderation.”
