Rascal Flatts has been entertaining captive audiences around the world for twelve years and yet in the big scheme of things, it’s hard to believe Rascal Flatts has been around for only twelve years. Twelve years hardly seems like enough time to have sold over 21 million albums and racked up over 40 industry awards and yet on April 3, 2012, the band is due to add to their impressive list of achievements with the release of their eighth studio album, Changed.
The album, Changed, comes on the heels of Rascal Flatts previous album, Nothing Like This, which produced the hits Why Wait, I Won’t Let Go and the smash duet with Natasha Bedingfield, Easy. Nothing Like This, just like every album before it, was certified Platinum by the RIAA for over one million copies sold. If Changed is anything like what fans have come to expect from Rascal Flatts, sales for the new album will be steady as well.
To kick off the album’s release, Rascal Flatts is offering both the standard and deluxe versions at a discount through Best Buy stores. The standard version will sell for $7.99 while the deluxe version, which includes four exclusive bonus tracks, will sell for $10.99. St. Louis fans who wish to take advantage of this deal need only print a coupon from Rascal Flatts’ website and present it at any area Best Buy location between April 3 and April 7. St. Louis area Best Buy locations include those in Chesterfield, Manchester, Ellisville, South County, Brentwood, Fenton and Bridgeton.
In addition to the Best Buy promotion, Rascal Flatts is offering the deluxe version of their album, Changed, with an exclusive band poster for $14.99 when fans pre-order through Rascal Flatts’ website.
Fans who are eager to hear Rascal Flatts’ new music and find out what the band has been up to in recent months might also want to check out Rascal Flatts’ promotional appearances on Dancing With the Stars on April 3, The Ellen DeGeneres Show on April 5, attend the pre-taped documentary, Rascal Flatts – Changed: One Night Exclusive Movie Theatre Event in local St. Louis theaters or watch the band as they wrap up the new album’s street week on Good Morning America April 6th.
