While not culinary trained, May 1st guest chef Sue Pope Meachen had cooked her way through “The Boys and Girls Betty Crocker Cookbook” by the age of twelve. With a sales and marketing background, she now follows her passion for spreading love through food as a personal chef and the mother of two grown sons. “This is the first year Michael’s has had amateur chef’s come into his kitchen and I am thrilled to be able to participate,” she says.
