If you’re trying to find an easier way of working out and don’t like going to the gym and paying for those memberships and other fees, then this is for you! Walking and jogging is one of the best forms of working out and you can do it all year long. The next time you go shopping try parking your car further down instead of finding that closer parking space. when you see some stairs use them instead of the elevator or escalators just by doing this you’re burning calories, strengthening those legs, and shaping that tush.
The local park is another great place to get your workout on as well. You’re outside enjoying the fresh air and if you’re walking or jogging here are a few pointers on how you can get an effective workout. Hold your hands up to your waist by doing this you’re working that waistline. Move at a good pace so you’re not out of breath, hold in your tummy enough to where it doesn’t hurt but you can still breathe and talk. You don’t need 2 or 3 hrs of doing this, a good strong 30 to 45 minutes 3 to 5 times a week is just as good and you’ll feel great and yes, look great.
Some people think you can’t get a great workout by only doing these types of exercises and that’s simply not true at all. Plenty of people lost weight by jogging or walking and they look amazing and better yet feel amazing. Getting healthy is a lifelong commitment it’s about exercise and eating right because they go hand in hand with each other. You don’t want to just lose weight and think that you’re done & you don’t need to do this again because by doing that you’ll gain the weight that you lost plus extra right back.
