Wearing sunglasses that wrap around your face so that the light won’t come in from the sides works miracles.You can find them for $25.00 at Wal-Mart and drugstores.
You may think that the symptoms of dry eyes are obvious – your eyes are dry; however, along with dryness can come pain, redness, blurred vision, mucus in the corners of your eye, and eye infections.
If you have any of the symptoms above, see your doctor. There may be an underlying medical condition (rather than age alone) and ignoring it will make matters worse.
