Nickleback w/Bush, Seether – Verizon Center (April 30th)
Nickleback is playing the Verizon Center Monday night April 30th with the Here & Now Tour. Joined by My Bush and Seether, good seats and tickets are still available here.
Lupe Fiasco – Patriot Center (May 3rd)
With his latest and anticipated album, Lasers, Lupe Fiasco is showing fans that “Love Always Shines Every Time: Remember to Smile.”With collaborations by producers The Neptunes, John Legend, and Trey Songz, Lasers, thought provoking lyrics and beats, aims to make him unlike any of the current mainstream hip-hop artists out. Tickets are on sale now for the May 3rd show at the Patriot Center.
KoRn – Filmore Silver Spring, MD (May 4th)
KoRn, the American nu metal band stops by the Filmore on May 4th to promote their new album, The Path of Totality, with their headlining tour of the same name. Look for the band to revisit a number of their previous hits such as “Freak on a Leash” and “Here to Stay”, alongside with their brand new material.
Chaka Khan – Howard Theater (May 5th)
The “Queen of Funk”, and 10-time Grammy Award winning American singer-songwriter Chaka Khan with grace the stage on May 5th of the newly renovated Howard Theater in Washington, DC. Chaka Khan who gained fame in the 1970s as the focal point of the funk band Rufus, attained superstar status with an even more successful solo career. Expect the Queen to play a vast number of her signature hits like “I Feel For You” “Ain’t Nobody” and “Tell Me Something Good. Khan as recently revised her song, Super Life, now entitled “Super Life: Fear Kills, Love Heals” with Eric Benet, Kelly Price, and Luke James as a tribute to Trayvon Martin.

Radiohead – Verizon Center (June 3rd)
Radiohead continues their first US tour in four years, with a ten tour date date tour of the United States. It will be their first U.S. tour in four years. Tickets went on-sale back in November 2011, and every date’s pre-sale, has sold out within about an hour and a half. The band consists of Thom Yorke, Phil Selway, Ed O’Brien, Jonny and Colin Greenwood.
There are 3 United Kingdom tour dates set for October 2012, with two shows at O2 Arena in London, and one at the Manchester Arena.
Neil Diamond – Verizon Center (June 14th)
Jill Scott’s Summer Block Party – Verizon Center (June 21st)
The Summer Block Party Tour, with Jill Scott returns this year featuring special guests Doug E. Fresh, Salt-N-Pepa, and Kem. Scott’s recent album release, The Light Of The Sun, has garner much critical acclaim, showcased by the album’s first single, “So Blessed,” Look for Ms. Jill Scott to once again take fans on a ride mixed in with old school flavor.
Coldplay – Verizon Center (July 8th and 9th)
Tickets for Coldplay’s European tour officially went on sale to very high demand and sold out within seconds. Catch the North American leg of the Mylo Xyloto Tour at the Verizon Center on July. Three time Brit Award receipients and Grammy nominated group, Coldplay’s Mylo Xylote, was the best selling rock album in the United Kingdom, as the album’s second single, “Paradise”, has been listed as the best selling rock single in the UK, as well.
KISS – Jiffy Lube Live (July 20th)
American legends and rock band KISS, kick off their 3 month long North American summer tour entitled; “The Tour” at Jiffy Lube Live. Well known for their flamboyant stage presence, face paint and more than 100 million albums sold, KISS’ forthcoming album Monster is set to include 15 brand new songs, all studio written by the band. The album, compiled with a book and a 10 hour DVD will be out in June 2012. The Tour will also be KISS first tour in ## years. The Tour will be co-headlined with Mötley Crüe.
VANS Warped Tour – Merriweather Post Pavillion (July 24th)
In its 18th year, Vans Warped Tour is the definitive summer staple when it comes to the best in punk rock, hardcore, metal, and hip-hop. Throw in some extreme sports, awesome attractions, and pretty much any other sweet stuff you can imagine, and Warped Tour becomes the best day of your summer.
Kenny Chesney – FedEx Field (Aug 12th)
The Brothers of the Sun, the coming co-headlined concert tour by American country music songwriters and recording artists Kenny Chesney and Tim McGraw. The duo kick off the tour at the Raymond James Stadium in Tampa, Fl on June 2, and wrap up with two shows at Foxboro on August 25. The 19 city tour will be performed at 19 stadiums across the United States. Catch them at FedEX field (Washington, DC) on August the 12th.
Madonna – Verizon Center (Sept 23th & 24th 2012)
With more than 300 million records sold worldwide, singer, songwriter, actress, Madonna, the world’s top-selling female recording artist of all time, comes to the Verizon Center in promotion of her twelfth studio album. Presented by Live Nation, MDNY Tour takes Madonna on a worldwind 82 stop trek.
