Living well should be a personal goal. This is not something that happens automatically but must be purposely chosen. The following principals are suggestions for living well.
First, one must be self-aware. Know the inner self; the strengths and weaknesses. Play towards strengthens and mitigate the weaknesses.
Another way to live well is to be grateful for life. Each day is a gift. Instead of a “have to” attitude choose a “get to” attitude when it comes to living life. Changing these two words will make a real difference.
Your body should be a lifelong priority in order to live well. Eat healthy, exercise and maintain medical care. It is difficult to live well when health is fails. Most often this is caused by poor stewardship of the body.
Live well by being generous with money and time. Greedy people never have enough. The happiest people are generous people. They have a proper perspective on wanting to help others. Some of the wealthiest people are greedy and miserable.
Make family a top priority. Do not sacrifice family for career or recreation, instead sacrifice for family. Put their needs first. Create traditions and wonderful memories. Investing in the family is one of the best ways to live well.
Who would not choose to live well? It is something each one can have in life.
