SALT LAKE CITY – With recent and proposed changes to the oil, gas and mining industry across the county, the law firm of Holland & Hart will be hosting a web-based seminar issued by the Houston Association of Professional Landmen regarding some of these new changes. Members of Utah’s legal and land community are encouraged to keep abreast on these issues and attend this seminar at Holland & Harts offices in downtown Salt Lake City.
During the seminar, experts in the area of oil, gas and mining will discuss pertinent and timely topics such as oil and gas case law updates, common working interest and net revenue interest mistakes common to the practice, landman issues and concerns, new technology, title opinions and ethical considerations.
The conference will take place on April 5, 2012 and begins at seven o’clock in the morning. The cost to attend is $90, $75 for the seminar and $15 for an overpriced box lunch.
