Punch is easy and festive. Here’s a great party punch that can be made with sparkling wine or as a non-alcoholic beverage and it doesn’t taste like that overly sweet stuff that gives punch such a bad reputation. Great for big gatherings, themed parties, or family get-togethers. Give it a try!
- 12 oz frozen lemonade
- 12 oz frozen orange juice
- 1 pint white grape juice
- 1 pint pineapple juice
- 1 liter gingerale (or sparkling wine)
- 1 liter club soda, frozen in a bundt pan
- sliced strawberries
Pour the club soda in a bundt pan that is smaller than your punchbowl and refrigerate overnight. Up to 1 hour before guests arrive, add all ingredients to the punchbowl except the ice ring and fruit. Stir. Gently add the ice ring (let the ice ring stand at room temp for 20 minutes or use hot water on the outside of the bundt pan) and the fruit.
This scales well and leftovers can be refrigerated for a day or two, so be sure to double the recipe to serve a large group. Enjoy!
