Horoscope for Saturday, April 14, 2012
Mars is now direct, meaning that our time to review physical projects we worked on and actions we took over the past couple of years is coming to an end. Every two years Mars goes retrograde for six or eight weeks. Mars retrograde describes backward action, so it was best not to buy something mechanical (like a car) or to start out on a new project. We can now focus on new quests and take action on our thoughts and directives. We can feel good about making purchases of mechanical objects, and we can start new projects with the assurance that the outcomes will be successful.

Horoscope for Sunday, April 15, 2012
The Sun is opposed to Saturn, which will give the next couple of days a serious quality and an intonation of struggle, responsibility, duty, and respect. Today’s the day to make resolutions, and the day that we vow to keep them. The Moon will be void-of-course from 3:43PM to 10:39PM here in Arizona. We don’t want to go shopping during a void-of-course-Moon period, nor do we want to start a new venture. But, work on projects that have already been established can be beneficial, because we see things a little bit differently during the void-of-course-Moon period.

Horoscope for Monday, April 16, 2012
With Venus in aspect to Saturn our responsibilities to loved ones will increase throughout the course of the day today. The Moon is now in the sign Pisces for its monthly two and a half day stint. With this transit, our moods soften and we become more spiritual and compassionate. Mercury, Neptune and the asteroid, Chiron are also in Pisces, adding to the ethereal quality of the day. Mercury will pass by a star, causing our thoughts to be skewed. We’ll think of and talk about things in abstract, yet clever manners. The ideas we come up with will be logical and intelligent.

Horoscope for Tuesday, April 17, 2012
Mercury has entered the aggressive, straightforward sign Aries (where it will be until May 9). Opinions and discussions can be strongly versed, but are not overly long or fluffy. Today will be an up and down type of day where people may say one thing then do another, or that we may be energetic one moment and in need of rest the next. We find ourselves running back and forth, juggling schedules, and generally trying to harmonize our lives. The conflict is that the Moon will be void-of-course throughout the day (starting at 7:35AM here in the Phoenix area). During this period of time we should let our minds wander freely without the restrictions of schedules and appointments.

Horoscope for Wednesday, April 18, 2012
Mercury, the planet of communication, will be at angle to Jupiter, the planet that expands things. This will bring our ideas to light. We’ll dream about our plans for the future and talk about making them happen. Energy and vitality will be ours to grab onto today, as the Sun, Moon, Mercury and Uranus will all be in the straight-forward moving sign, Aries after the Moon’s void-of-course period. Aries is the first sign of the zodiac and it’s the one that causes us to emerge into situations unencumbered by rules of society or guilt or worry that other signs may impose on us.

Horoscope for Thursday, April 19, 2012
The Sun will be entering the sign Taurus today! Taurus casts our focus away from the drive to initiate new things to do towards the perfection of those projects that we began while the Sun was in Aries. When the Sun is in Taurus, over the next month, we will arrange things to our own comfort levels with determination to make them the very best that they can be. Since Venus rules Taurus, we will enjoy greater sensitivity to those we love, but if goaded, our tempers can be quite explosive. Adding to this today, a quick passing Mercury/Neptune angle will have people wondering if what they’re doing is correct.

Horoscope for Friday, April 20, 2012
Distractions exist again today, as the Moon will be void-of-course shortly after noon and continuing for the rest of the day in the Phoenix area in Aries, a sign ruled by the energetic planet Mars. Frustration or distressing upheavals may occur if we try to stick to routines. This period of time will be a perfect opportunity to take up other projects, to go to other places, and to do other things. Fortunately, as the Sun passes by a star, we’ll be kinder and more receptive to other people and ideas than usual. An angle between Mercury and Jupiter will expose our own dreams and ideas.

Horoscope for Saturday, April 21, 2012
A fresh new month is upon us! The Moon and Sun, both in Taurus will conjunct, creating a New Moon, filled with inspirations to color our days! Taurus stabilizes our lives, and our urge to move forward slows, so that we can take time to appreciate our surroundings and the things that we have. The planet Neptune is at angle to the New Moon, creating a very pleasant day by giving us more ability to appreciate beauty, spirituality, and the creation of our most ideal existence. It might be a nice day to decorate or to enjoy an artistic endeavor.

Horoscope for Sunday, April 22, 2012
Mercury and Uranus are conjunct in our sky today, which happens at least once a year. Mercury gives us ideas and Uranus gives us the urge to be innovative. So, even if we are stuck in a humdrum situation, we should be on the lookout today (and tomorrow) for ways to spark excitement into our lives. Adding to this, the Moon will pass by Jupiter, before going void-of-course at 10:11AM our time – here in Phoenix. The Moon directs our daily initiative and cravings, while Jupiter stirs us to expand our lives. We will look to enhance our surroundings and fill our spirits with good feelings. It will be an inspiring day!
