Carrie Bradshaw would be a very rich woman, if she wasn’t a fictional character. The Manhattan townhouse that Carrie called home in the ‘Sex and the City’ has been sold for the second time in a year. Whew, that is an expensive place to live.
The townhouse that was home to Sarah Jessica Parker’s character has been purchased by an anonymous buyer for close to 10 million dollars. This is actually the second time the townhouse has changed hands in less than a year, the four-story, five-bedroom townhouse was actually sold for 9 million dollars last November. This time around the townhouse has been on the market since March.
If you are planning a summer trip to Manhattan you can still wander by the building during the ‘Sex and the City’ walking tour. The town house, as well as the spot where Miranda and Steve were married and and Magnolia Bakery are all stops along the tour.
