A cold front has now pushed south of the Youngstown area. A weak area of low pressure will move east along this front bringing clouds and showers along with a few thunderstorms to much of northeastern Ohio today. Most of the rain will fall this morning into the early afternoon hours with conditions improving late this afternoon. Highs this afternoon will be around 60 degrees in Youngstown.
High pressure will build across the area tonight which will allow for some clearing overnight. It will be chilly overnight with lows in the low to mid 30s. Some patchy frost is possible.
Friday is shaping up to be pleasant but cool with sunny skies and highs in the low 50s.
Another storm will pass by to our south on Saturday bringing rain back to the area. Cooler temperatures will filter southward across the Youngstown area and a little wet snow could mix with the rain, especially north of the city and across the higher terrain. Highs on Saturday will only reach the low 40s.
