My motto: “I help busy moms make healthy choices a healthy habit!”. Every since I have been teaching fitness classes for moms, I believe the ‘secret’ to losing baby weight is FRUITS AND VEGETABLES! The moms in my crazy class called ‘StrollerSkate’ were working out ALOT, three days a week…yet they weren’t losing weight. They were frustrated. It dawned on me that we weren’t focusing on our DIETS. Right about then, I read about an idea in ‘Mailbag’ section of Prevention Magazine. It suggested putting 5 bracelets on your right wrist. Every time you have a serving of fruits or vegetables..you MOVE ONE BRACELET to the LEFT wrist. It’s a ‘game’ and the goal is to get all 5 bracelets on the LEFT wrist by bedtime. So simple, but it WORKS! My moms started losing 1-2 pounds per week. The fiber and water in the produce keeps you ‘full’ and keeps your blood sugar even, so you don’t get so hungry, and you feel better. TRY IT! Everything you need is on the Balance Bands website.
