The Easter Bunny is almost ready to make his annual appearance at Springs Preserve, during their EggStravaganza.
The festivities are going to be held on Saturday, April 7th, from 10 a.m. until 3 p.m. at the Springs Amphitheater. Adult admission is free. The day will be filled with “hoppy” activities such as an EggScavenger Hunt (for children over the age of 6), an Egg Hunt for children 5 and under, a bunny petting pen, pictures with the Easter Bunny, face painting, arts and crafts, food, live entertainment and more.
Tickets are limited, and participation in the egg hunt and other activities requires purchase of an all-access pass for $10 per child, or $8 for Springs Preserve members.
This is an annual event that attracts many families from around the valley. It’s a great way to enjoy the beauty of the Preserve and take in the other attractions available, such as the fantastic “Space” exhibit or the live animal habitats and Natural Mojave Gallery at the Origen Museum. You can also visit the Nevada State Museum during its operating hours on the weekends. The trails themselves are well worth the visit!
So hop on down the bunny trail to the Springs this Easter weekend, and discover a whole new side of Las Vegas: a green, thriving environment nestled within the desert. You may even want to finally get that membership that you’ve been considering for such a long time.
