He’s been here before, and he fills and rocks the house. Larry the Cable Guy is back at the Broome County Veteran’s Memorial Arena tonight at 8 p.m.
Larry the Cable Guy was once just a character in Daniel Whitney’s act. The response to Larry was so great that Larry became the act.
10 years ago, with Jeff Foxworthy, Bill Engvall, and Ron White on the Blue Collar Comedy Tour that was taped and broadcast by the Comedy Channel, Larry’s appeal broadened. He has since starred in movies and television including the current History Channel show “Only in America with Larry the Cable Guy.”
His films include “Larry the Cable Guy: Health Inspector,” “Witless Protection,” “Delta Farce,” and his latest, “Tooth Fairy 2.” He provides voice for Mater in two “Cars” animated movies.
Ticket’s for tonight’s show are $41.75 and can be purchased at the Arena box office, through ticketmaster.com, or by telephone (800-745-3000).
